Recent scientific advances in meteorology and sailplane technology are documented by the quarterly journal Technical Soaring which is published and managed by OSTIV.
Subscription is restricted to OSTIV members but material can be submitted by anyone.
Rates per calendar year are:
- Students under 25 years of age, free
- Individual/Local Club Membership, 25 Euro per year
- Scientific/Technical Organisation/Library Membership, 80 Euro per year
- Active Members (National Aero Club Members of FAI), 250 Euro per year
OSTIV members have complete access to TS online.

Non-members have complete access as well except they only have access to the titles, authors and abstracts of articles for the latest 12-month period; to obtain complete articles of the latest 12-month, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to submit a paper
If you wish to publish in TECHNICAL SOARING (TS) we kindly ask you to follow a couple of rules which proved helpful to ease your work and ours.
